Immigration Attorney, fluent in Mandarin Chinese
Our immigration law firm is hiring a full-time immigration attorney who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. You will be responsible for:
- Consulting with potential and existing clients,
- Reviewing clients’ application information and documents,
- Preparing complete, error-free immigration applications,
- Overseeing the entire lifespan of a client’s immigration application, and
- Delegating tasks to and overseeing the work of immigration paralegals.
Most importantly, you primary goal is to ensure that we provide our clients with an excellent experience during what is often an unpleasant process.
You do not have to worry about filling out or editing PDFs. Our online system fills out all the application forms automatically. But we have to review the information and documents provided by the clients. Our websites are www.boyayimin.com and www.immifree.law.com.
Requirements
The requirements for this position are:
- You must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English,
- You must have authorization to work legally in the U.S. (we can consider H1B sponsorship),
- You must be a licensed U.S. attorney, preferably in California or New York,
- You must have at least 5 years of experience as an immigration attorney, and
- You must be able to process an immigration application independently from start to finish.
Our primary services are family immigration, naturalization and H1B: I-130, I-485, I-751, I-131, I-131A, I-765, I-90, SB-1, I-539, N-400, I-360 (VAWA, widows, and SIJS), I-290B, NOIDs, and RFEs.
Our focus is on family immigration, especially marriage immigration. Please apply if you have experience with employment immigration, especially H1B.
We do not handle asylum or deportation cases.
Working Location
We are looking for someone to work in either the Los Angeles, CA area or in Flushing, NY. If you believe you are a good fit but do not live in either location, please feel free to apply anyway.

- Salary is commensurate with your level of expertise: $120,000 – $160,000 per year,
