Sometimes it’s just slow and you can try to submit an E-request on immigration website. They have a tool called “Ask Emma”, you can use that as well. A lot of times those don’t work and they’re frustrating. So sometimes just have to wait, and we have a handful of cases that are in the same where they’ve completed the interview maybe even three months ago.
